HOW TO USE

1.Wash your hands before inserting Pearls

2. Unravel the string and insert the pearl like a tampon . 3. Leave the pearl in for 48 hours (2days).
4. Shower and proceed as normal.
5. After the 2 days , remove the pearl and wear a pad or panty liner . The purging process will begin . This last 7-8 days .

6. Please NO SEXUAL ACTIVITY of any kind during the purge process is finish

7. You may experience cramps or may restart your menstrual cycle
